Kirtipur-
From here stunning views of the Kathmandu Valley can be witnessed as the land is at a higher altitude than the land of Kathmandu. This cool place is in the south-western corner from Kathmandu Valley. It is situated just outside the Kathmandu Valley Ring Road. This ancient district has many temples, monasteries and sthupa. Bagbhairab is known as an ancient temple. Chovahar is also popular for cycling and volleyball. It is rich with native culture. It is known as historical city.

Lalitpur (Lubhu Village)-
This area is South-East of Kathmandu Center (3-4km). Volunteers will spend their time teaching at Government schools and working in Health care posts. Volunteers based here will have access to telephone, email internet, but will also have the chance to make the most of tourist opportunities that this area is rich with and also the chance to go hiking and trekking.

Dhulikhal Village-
This area is East of Kathmandu Center (28 km)It is a peaceful place .This place is surrounding the green hills. This places also our training village. Volunteers based here will have access to telephone, email internet, but will also have the chance to make the most of tourist opportunities that this area is rich with and also the chance to go hiking and trekking.

Volunteer duties..
Volunteers are likely to spend their placements working with Orphan Children s , Teaching at Schools, Working at Hospitals and Environmental project with local youth clubs.

Accommodations and Food: -
Volunteers in Kathmandu will have rare home stay with traditional Nepali families instead volunteers will have their own separate room in their intended field of volunteering e.g. Orphanage, Monastery, hotel/hostel. Normally, breakfast at around 7 am this consists of a cup of tea and bread, Lunch is served at 9:00 to 9:30 am and is usually Dal/Bhat (rice, lentils, and vegetables). Dinner is at 6:30 to 7:00pm and is once more Dal/Bhat, is the trend. Food is very simple but also extremely tasty and filling.

Suggestions: -
Volunteers are advised to bring Sleeping bag for their own.

Weather:-
Kathmandu is the capital city and also lies at the center of Nepal. It has two seasons, summer and winter. Summer season generally falls from June to September and winter between October to February. In summer the temperature will be around 32 and in winter season the temperature will not fall less than 3-5 degrees. So, volunteers are advised to bring clothes according to their time of volunteering.

Activities and Sightseeing:- Volunteers can visit numerous traditional places of Kathmandu like Kathmandu durbar square, Swayambhu temple, Pasupatinath temple, Boudhanath stupa and so on. Some of above are even registered in world heritage sites as well. Volunteers can also enjoy hiking and cycling around hilly areas near Kathamndu.

Dhading-
Dhading is situated near from the Kathmandu district. It is approximately 3 hours (90 km) from Kathmandu Valley. It is also Neighbour hood district of Kathmandu. It is also like as a new home of our newest. This area is very popular for touristy activities like (rock climbing, cycling, caves). At this Hillside region.

People in this area are Barman, Kshetri, Newar Magar, Kami and Kumal. They are traditionally agricultural people, harvesting mainly corn, wheat, rice and potatoes. Many of them must work either in government projects (such as road building) or as porters in order to make wages to support themselves on the agricultural “off season”. Some of the people involved in business and government jobs.

Volunteers working in this area of true Nepali village multi cultural. This area is not remote, with electricity or modern conveniences .volunteers can spend time teaching at schools, working at health posts, teaching and helping Resource Centers and working at health posts

Chitwan-
Nepal is the largest natural and cultural museum of the world. It offers wonderful scenes and sights and rich diversity of cultural and custom. Every part of our country provides enchantment, be it Blue Mountains, or terraced farmlands of hillside or the forests full wildlife, flowers and birds. So Nepal has been a tourist paradise and the first travel destination for many years. Wherever you go, soft music of fountains, rivers and streams; melodious songs of birds and amazingly beautiful scenes and sights of nature and wildlife are ready to welcome and entertain you. So visit first and feel the pride of touching the holy land of the world.

The Chitwan area is the heart and center of Nepal. Being 140 km from Kathmandu, it is famous for wild life, jungle safari, elephant riding and many other exciting tourist activities. The main city is Narayangarh. Here access to services such as email, internet, post office, bank service, money gram is available and western food. The placement is approximately 6-8 km from the city side and will involve teaching at primary Government schools, teaching at our fundraising Resource center, getting involved with the Environmental protection program to reduce pollution, and working with local youth clubs.

Torikhet Village-

Location: The house is located in the village of sunaula bazer , approximately 3 hour by bus from Kathmandu followed by (3 km) a 15 to 30 min. by bus from the main town in the Dhading Basi(local market). This is a rural area too. There is a phone in the village with international capabilities. Volunteer teach resource center before or after school, and the volunteer can also teach at the school during the day.

Indrapuri Village-

Location: The house is located in the village of Indrapuri, approximately 4 to 5 hour by bus from Kathmandu followed by (7 to 8 km) a 1\2 hour by bus from the main town in the Chitwan, Narayangarh city. This is a rural area too. There is a phone in the village with international capabilities and email internet too.

Kailasnagar Village-

Location: The house is located in the village of Kailasnagar, approximately 4 to 5 hour by bus from Kathmandu followed by (8 to 9 km) a 1 hour by bus from the main town in the Chitwan, Narayangarh city. This is a rural area too. There is a phone in the village with international capabilities.

Chitwan (Maadi Village)-

Location: The place is located 30 km from Narayanghad city. It has great natural beauty, which takes 2 hours from main city. We can go there by bus after crossing the Chitwan national park. It is special village of Chitwan which touches the border area of India.it is surrounded by green hills and rivers. It has also local markets with daily life requirement and other facilities like phone, health, schools, post office and security.

Volunteer duties..
Volunteer teach at local primary school and boarding school. Work at hospital or health center, Teach at resource center before or after school and the volunteer can also teach at the school during the day, work with local youth club or people: environmental protection to reduce pollution to water, land, sound and air, to support and promote female empowerment programs.

Accommodations and Food:
Volunteers in the Chitwan area will have home stay with traditional Nepali families. The accommodation is typically Nepali and based by Western standards, often with traditional Nepali toilets and showers. Moreover, the environment out there is very peace and less polluted. As volunteers will be living in host family they will get food according to the tradition of that house. Normally,Volunteers are provided with 3 meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Breakfast at around 7 am this consists of a cup of tea and bread, Lunch is served at 9:00 to 9:30 am and is usually Dal/Bhat (rice, lentils, and vegetables). Dinner is at 6:30 to 7:00pm and is once more Dal/Bhat, is the trend. Food is very simple but also extremely tasty and filling.

Weather:-
The Terai is the lowest and therefore usually warmest part of Nepal, although like the rest of Nepal it has 2 main seasons, the dry season from October to May and the wet/monsoon season from June to September. The Terai can get very hot especially between Aprils to July when temperatures can rise above 35 degrees. Similarly, in winter November to January its bit cold but will not slopes down by 5 degree. So, volunteers are advised to bring clothes according to their time of volunteering.

Activities and Sightseeing:-
The most interesting part of Chitwan is “Chitwan National Park”, where volunteers can have jungle safari to watch a rare one horn rhinos, elephants, tigers and 50 other species of animals, and over 400 types of birds. In addition, volunteers can enjoy elephant safari, canoeing, animal breeding projects, animal rehabilitation centers, cycling, and rafting as well.

Pokhara-
The Pokhara area is the heart and center of touristy. Being 190 km from Kathmandu, it is next second big city, it is famous for (trekking, hacking, lack activities, sunrise view point, paragliding) many other exciting tourist activities. Here access to services such as email, internet, post office, and bank service and money gram are available. The placement is approximately 2 to 3 km from the city side and also around the city. and will involve teaching at primary Government schools, teaching at Resource center, getting involved with the Environmental protection program to reduce pollution and working with local youth clubs .

Volunteer duties..
In Pokhara volunteers will work at orphanages, teaching at the street children care center (for homeless children). Other opportunities include teaching at schools, teaching and working at monasteries around the Pokhara Valley.

Accommodations and Food:
Volunteers in the Pokhara will have home stay with traditional Nepali families. The accommodation is typically Nepali and based by Western standards, often with traditional Nepali toilets and showers. Moreover, the environment out there is very peace and less polluted. Weather:-
Since, Pokhara is at 884 meters from the sea level, the climate is usually warm about 34 degrees from June until September. The best time to visit the region is between October and November when it gets cool and views of the mountains are clear from December through to February.

Activities and Sightseeing: -
Trekking at Annapurna Base Camp(ABC) is the most focused activity to do in Pokhara. Besides, there are also number of other things to do which may include: boating on Phewa Lake, Bhegnas lake, visit bat cave, paragliding, numerous temples (both Hindu and Buddhist), Rani Ban (the Queen’s Forest), local museums, Devi’s Falls, clear view of sunrise and sunset from Sarangot, hiking, cycling, Tibetan area including a Monastery and village, volunteers can also enjoy shopping at evening to buy some beautiful handicraft goods out there lakeside area.
